Job Description
2 years+ direct experience in a Project, Programme & Portfolio Management environments • Understanding of Waterfall & Agile methodologies and can demonstrate their pragmatic application • Experience on program/project management tools, including agile/Kanban, Microsoft (or even Planisware as a bonus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding data analysis skills & excellent problem-solving skills.
• Consultative approach including a “can-do” attitude.
• Able to initiate, grow and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders on all levels in global organisations like BAT.
• Excellent attention to detail and a hands-on approach.
• Confident at challenging the status quo and working towards continual improvement and the embedding of best practices.
