Job Description
- Follow up for invoices in case GRN is done and documents not received in finance
- Employee expenses reimbursement and travel accounting basis the policy
- Printing and filing of all SAP vouchers alongwith original supplier invoices
- Support to auditors for vouching
- Facilitate internal/third party/tax department’s audits and solve queries as and when required.
- Ensuring monthly provisions, JV postings and GL analysis.
- Vendor reconciliation and balance confirmations.
- Co-ordinate with the vendors , if required, for correct delivery address
- Experience to Concur Expense Management tool, HAPA
- Experience in SAP S/4 HANA
- Candidates preferred with experience in Manual Invoice booking, not digital invoice processing, BPO experience not preferred and experience in India based Accounting is a must
