Job Description
- Overview completion of bookings for accounts payable and payment to vendors
- Rectify the wrong entries done by passing the entries into the correct general ledger. Pass the provisional journal vouchers in the system for the expenses which haven’t been booked at the end of the quarter
- Closure of quarterly and annual audit.
- Preparation and review of annual report
- Closure of statutory audit observations and process improvements
- Preparation for Compliance with SEBI and other regulators if any.
- Interaction with internal auditors and closure of audit report.
- GL scrutiny and variance analysis
- Review of RCM and ERM.
- Getting testing and validation of RCM and ERM from consultants/ auditors.
- Review of working for new accounting standards.
- Review of trial balance and financials and making it suitable for latest updates etc.
- Closure of year end and carry forward activities.
- Maintenance of overall hygiene of financials and SAP system.
