Job Description

Conduct needs analysis to identify key tasks/skills to target in the curriculum and perform a post-implementation evaluation on key performance and business metrics.

● Support in designing and developing learning programs with a basic understanding of adult learning principles and systematic instructional design.

● Employ project management skills and tools to manage multiple projects from analysis through delivery concurrently.

● Managing program information, curating content, and program participation on the in-house LMS platform.

● Work with best-in-class external service providers and L&OD partners to deliver learning programs.

● Execute and adjust project plans including schedules, resource allocations, and budgets.

●Manage effective formal and informal communication for learning programs such that it drives awareness, adoption, and attendance.

● Gather and analyze the effectiveness of training interventions, including its employee experience and its business impact.

● Ability to manage learning programs across the L&D team personal effectiveness, foundational technical and functional skills, and managerial skills.

● Show potential to manage end-to-end business learning agenda, from analyzing development needs to development and delivery of the intervention.
