Job Description

  •  Financial operations including Finance & Accounts, Budgeting, Taxation, Audit & Statutory Compliance
  •  Administering timely preparation and finalization of books of accounts, financial statements and annual reports.
  •  Appearance before Tax Authorities for Scrutiny Assessments/Audits by Govt. departments
  •  Conducting Statutory Audit, VAT Audit, Company Audits, and Business Audits and
  • implementing recommendations made by Auditors.
  •  Performing computation of Income tax, TDS, GST, Service Tax, VAT and payment of taxes in
  • compliance with norms.
  •  Compiling data for filling returns under direct and indirect taxes, e filing, claim of refunds
  • and issue of certificates/forms
  •  Monitoring accounts receivables/payables; performing periodical reconciliation of accounts
  • with vendors and suppliers.
  •  Implementing internal controls, systems & processes; maintaining financial discipline while
  • focusing on minimizing risks
  •  Preparing annual budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between
  • projected & actual results on a monthly & quarterly basis and implementing corrective
  • actions
  •  Liaising with banks & financial institutes for arranging working capital for smooth running of
  • day-to-day business activities; arranging for short & long term fund-raising.
  •  Maintaining and Reporting of CSR expenditure and its compliance
