Job Description
Must have good knowledge on infrastructure and application monitoring and management tools implementation and integration with third party systems.experience in implementing infrastructure tools like Nagios, SolarWinds, Zenoss, manage engine Application Manager, BMC truesight, HP OMi is required.Experience in implementing Application monitoring tools like New relic, Dynatrace, Appdynamics will be added advantage.experience in integration of monitoring tools with AIOPS platform like moogsoft, bigpanda and ITSM platform like ServiceNow, BCM Remedy, Cherwell will be nice to have.Experience in Integration of OEM tools with monitoring tools will be an added advantageExperience on Automation tool like HPOO, BMC AO, Stackstorm, Ayehu will be an added advantage.Good understanding of ITIL V3 and V4 is require.Good knowledge related to Infrastructure management and Operations.Must be proficient working on the Unix/Linux/Windows platform like basic commands and administration skills.Preferred some knowledge on database technologies like MySQL / MSSQL / Oracle / MongoDB and SQL queries.Very good experience in development of integration scripts/programs using SOAP/REST Webservices.Effective communication and collaboration skill.Outstanding problem solving skills.
