As a Visual Communication Designer, you will be responsible for creating appealing designs and develop animations, visual effects that effectively convey brand messages and engage target audiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative solutions across various mediums. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, excellent creative skills, and the ability to effectively communicate through visual elements.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the team to understand project briefs and objectives.
• Develop and execute creative concepts, designs, and layouts for a variety of mediums, including print & digital.
• Be accountable for concept and content solutions in synergy with other creative colleagues.
• Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations and other visual elements.
• Develop animations, visual effects, and other graphic elements to elevate the overall production quality.
• Have a good taste in music and ability to visualise/choreograph animations/transitions.
• Experience in Video Production, particularly in creating social and digital media content.
• Design and produce marketing collateral, including Social media posts, flyers, posters, banners, Branding etc..
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members
• Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all communication materials.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design techniques, and software tools to continuously enhance design skills and adopt best practices.
