· Manage and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud, including the setup, configuration, and customization of custom objects, formulas, validation rules, workflows, process builder, approvals, and assignment rules
· Maintain and optimize role hierarchy setup and permission sets to align with the organization’s security needs
· Listen to business and user needs, assess system gaps, build enhancement plans including developing stories for development use
· Utilize SF administrator skills to continuously deliver solutions to meet business needs
· Manage release schedules and details, and work with others on communication plan
· Act as a SME in the discovery and investigation of critical production problems; lead issue resolution by working with technical team or others
· Lead potential integration projects between Salesforce and other applications
