Roles and responsibilities • Create and maintain the skill mapping for all resources who are a part of the proficiency. • Ensure timely fulfilment of all resource needs of the delivery teams through: o External hiring o Resource rotation o Proactive bench • Develop a proactive bench based on the pursuit pipeline. • Reduce attrition through effective career growth • Track project utilization and proactively identify opportunities for resources expected to come out of projects. • Work with CoE to create and implement skill upgradation program.
