Job Description for the Role of Senior Delivery Manager
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience as an Engineering Manager, managing individual
contributors (BI developers/Data Platform engineers, Analytics Engineers etc.) managing 15-
25 peoples team
• Familiarity with modern cloud data stack (Snowflake or AWS, Azure)
• Create a learning environment for our team while being a mentor for data engineers,
solution leads and up and coming leaders
• Key contributor in developing, understanding, and completing strategic goals to drive
customer success.
• Work with other Data Engineering Managers to share understanding of multiple teams
• Contribute to product delivery, by ensuring data engineering teams are in the right place at
the right time
• Become instrumental in improving and implementing processes and values that scale.
• Provide technical mentorship to engineers building and deploying projects
• Collaborate with teams including product, design, operations
• You will work with the Director of Engineering and Senior Managers , Architects in Data
Analytics team along with Business – Data & Analytics & other consumers. The team is a
major enabler for Data science, Product Development and Business insight.
