The role holder will work as a Technology Program Manager (India Stack/ Fintech Integrations) for the following
- Streamline the contract and SLA's with IDFC and Fintech Parties like NSDl, CERSAI, KARZA, etc
- Establish the regular governance and cadence with these agencies
- Manage operational matters of significance/ incident and priority
- Drive complaince, regulatory, audit, security initiatives
- Lead remediation for the existing stack and drive to the target state
- Command Centre setup for all external agencies
He would also cover for the following responsibilities
- Guide the team on strategies & experimentation to achieve business goals with minimal disruption and significant cost savings
- Set strategic direction on engagement platforms related technologies to provide support on Business growth plans
- Be fully accountable for execution of multiple projects with adoption of Agile methodologies
- Drive the team to implement and deliver projects and enhancements across the digital engagement platforms
- Comply with the IT Governance Policy and Process for the Change and Release Management.
- Guide the teams to manage the Audits conducted by ISG and IA team for the digital platforms.
