§ Manages the development or deployment process using project management methodologies, tools and procedures of the organization in compliance with the applicable IT standards.
§ Supervises requirements management, design, development, testing, documentation, and user acceptance.
§ Assists in the development, validation, and testing of the deliverables.
§ Creates, owns and manages the project plan – including scope, schedule and budget.
§ Ensures that the project is staffed with the right amount of people with the right skills.
§ Sets project team objectives and regularly reviews performance of team members including recommendation of appropriate training and development.
§ Provides required reporting promptly and efficiently, and organizes required milestone meetings.
§ Prepares and reviews documentation.
§ Manages internal and external resources, including vendor and service partners in cooperation with pillar head. As required; recruits, develops, and motivates project team members.
§ Reviews, identifies, mitigates risk and manages stakeholder expectations
§ Review and verify third party invoices where applicable
§ Manages the project finance and responsible for project accounting records
§ Plans and conducts with PMO Manager, regular technical and project management reviews
§ Ensures that Health, Safety and Environmental issues are taken into account throughout project execution and in the design of the deliverables protect team members, users and stakeholders.
§ Assures that the Quality of the deliverables in accordance with customer expectations through good communication with the project's stakeholders.
§ Responsible for implementation of existing project lessons learned and capturing of project lessons learned as part of the end of project report
§ Captures actual results of the benefits realized by the project compared to those anticipated at the start of the project
