•\tShows pro-active attitude in securing required inputs towards the renewal cycle are delivered on-time from all involved stakeholders. Escalates towards the Service Contract Support Specialist Pole Lead in case renewal process is stalled and is waiting on input from stakeholders.
•\tPrepares the initial scope of the active service contract planned review with the Service Operation Leaders. This includes update with initial scope of contract booking package and related price builders.
•\tTranslates updates on scope feedback from Service Operation Leaders into final scope, and updates final scope in contract booking package and related price builders.
•\tExecutes estimation for contract renewal, including 3th party content of service contract (other LOB content or external Honeywell content).
•\tReviews generated pricing with Service Operation Leader.
•\tDrives formal internal financial approval process of pricing. In case eGAP is required, initiates and plans eGAP cycle. In case eGAP is not required secures written approval of pricing is covered within the organization.
•\tPrepares proposal document(s) (generated from template) and hands over proposal documents towards the Service Operation Leader for negotiation phase with customer.
•\tDrives required updates of the proposal documents in case updates are required.
•\tAfter reception of PO, prepares the contract renewal handover package and assigns a formal booking request of the service contract towards the CSS Contract Admin.
•\tDrives required updates of the contract renewal handover package in case updates are required.
•\tDetects and Indicates possible improvement areas within the defined renewal process. •\tOptimal assist in compilation of data for meeting compliances under GST for PAN India registrations - Filing returns, payment of taxes and giving entries for timely accounting of taxes.
•\tAssist in examining GST credits and identifying the eligible and ineligible credits and availing the appropriate credit in monthly return and distribution of common credit to various GST registrations.
•\tAssist in coordinating and helping in completing the GST audits. Prepare submissions and pursue the completion of audits before tax authorities.
•\tAssist in pre-GST assessments/audits (VAT/CST, service tax assessment, appeals and audits) – collation of data, preparation of submissions, coordination with consultants, for additional submissions, etc.
•\tAssist in preparation and filing of replies to notices, appeals and petitions in respect of GST as well as pre-GST indirect taxes .
•\tAssist in preparation and filing of refund/rebate under GST claims, where required, on a timely basis.
•\tClosely work with Finance and Business for data and information for preparing returns and audit/ assessment information.
