• Understanding and working experience on Avionics functions & applications like FMS, Displays, CNS, Flight controls, Aircraft performance, Flight Planning, Aircraft guidance, Data link communication, Aircraft maintenance, Avionics Data Gateway (ADG) etc.
• Understanding and expertise on Avionics architecture (HW and Software), Product line architecture ex: Honeywell EPIC, APEX NGFMS or any other avionics products.
• Understanding and working knowledge on one or more Avionics standards and protocols A661, A664/A429/A717, Time-Triggered Ethernet standard (AS602).
• Programming in C++ a must, OOAD analysis, MVC, Python, C
• Avionics technologies like touch screen and interfacing with handheld devices
• Hands on experience working and troubleshooting on HW platforms, avionics benches & desktop environment.
• Good understanding and working knowledge of AGILE tools like JIRA & NGDOORS, RQM
• Understanding about Xilinx Zynq® UltraScale+™ MPSoC, NXP i.MX8
• Experience working in an AGILE setup - SAFe
• BE/B. Tech or M.E/M. Tech with 9+ years of Experience in system & software designing and DO178B certification experience. (Avionics background, Knowledge and experience on DO-178B/C, Aero Process is required)
• Should have hands on software design & implementation experience, knowledge of product development life cycle including design for testability.
• Should have deep sense of understanding of Aircraft and Avionics domain and appreciation to developing domain knowledge.
• Excellent focus on execution, should ensure responsiveness to customers, team and management
• Must be an innovative and integrative thinker quick to visualize solutions and generate ideas
