Job Description of PMO role:
Creating Dashboard for management related to financials, operational metrics etc
Well versed in Microsoft tools like excel , PowerPoint etc
Excellent stakeholder management locally as well as globally with platform leads
Excellent communication skill both written and oral
Manage large programs end to end
Logistics support for large programs
Prepare various matrices
Graduate with 6-15 years of experience
Other Key Responsibilities:
· Assist to Develop and implement guidelines and training to program and project team members on program/project standards, systems, tools and processes to encourage adherence and uptake.
· Identify and implement collaboration tools and processes to streamline interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
· Assist with the preparation of a range of presentations and regular program status reports
· Act as central point of coordination for project time sheet management
· Support the reporting manager in various Adhoc from time to time such as capacity planning, any special projects, etc.
· Support in logistics and infrastructure arrangements for new joiners or as required based on business requirement.
· Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems.
· Contribute to process efficiencies by identifying manual activities and automate them.
· Actively participate in all process related business meeting in-person or virtually through conference calls.
· Participate in all the audit requirements as conducted by the organization.
· Align and abide by the organizational goals
Financial Management:
· Perform billing activity for DAH2 staff and liaise with Project Managers and Finance teams onsite and offsite for recharge purposes including the follow-up for timesheets
Procurement: Manage procurement for various verticals in the organization by liaising with Global Procurement team
Vendor Management: Support on vendor onboarding and offboarding activities including vendor contract management where required
Risk & Compliance: Engage in various risk scenario exercises as part of Business continuity plan and assisting in completion of the report
Asset Management: Regularly Track and manage the assets procured for the project team and updating the reports to management
Reporting: Maintain various trackers to track the status of invoices, procurement, projects, etc.
Communication: internal comms for Townhalls, R&R and other Team events.
