As a member of Project Team for new developments, prepare process plans and startup plans for new models and products

· Participate in model conceptualization activity, and provide inputs on process to be followed

· Prepare project plans for future developments, including milestones, and track for adherence

· Prepare cost estimates and budgets for the projects being planned, liaison with Finance for approvals and monitor budgets for adherence

· Liaison with suppliers for finalization of equipments as per required specifications

· Monitor the project till completion and handover

· Coordinate and collaborate across functions to ensure project is on track, and to troubleshoot and resolve issues

· Facilitate discussions / presentations at all levels of the organization; give clear briefings to senior management on proposed / on-going project

· Create various project management tools as per requirements and get them approved from Mercedes-Benz AG

· Liaison with other CKD countries for knowledge and best practice sharing

· Monitor and ensure documentation as per MBIL and Mercedes-Benz AG standards and compliance

· Participate in audits (including supplier audit) as and when required

· Drive Technical Change Management function.
