- Work closely with the Business functions, Technology, legal, and compliance offices to understand requirements to enable the Bank to adopt new digital transformational technologies, cloud workload movement, setup private cloud infrastructure, monitor and manage network load and drive program management across key Infra projects.
- Focus on high system availability for ensuring 99.99% uptime of platforms and applications.
- Develop, deploy and continually improve the system monitoring and automation of the platforms and applications
- Have a strong security mindset to ensure that the Cloud Infrastructure, platform components and applications are safeguarded and monitored at all times, and vulnerabilities
- Set up, build and manage SLAs for Infra delivery
- Develop, deploy and maintain Infra security policies, processes and systems
- Drivie timely service delivery and focus on removing service-impacting issues
- Collaborate with Product and Support teams to plan and deploy production releases
- Lead enterprise wide Infra engineering initiatives and projects.
- Develop and deploy enhanced production monitoring and build addiitional capability.
- Define improvements for increased system reliability and performance.
- Support bank wide systems and applications with high complexity with multiple concurrent users, ensuring control, integrity, and accessibility.
