·      Define and design technology solutions to assist the Framework & Technical teams

·      Review sprint design documents to ensure adherence to FDP framework and design principles.

·      Uses appropriate tools, including logical models of components and interfaces, to contribute to the development of systems architectures in specific business or functional areas.

·      Review detailed component specifications and translates these into detailed designs for implementation using selected products.

·      Provides advice on technical aspects of system development and integration (including requests for changes, deviations from specifications, etc.) and ensures that relevant technical strategies, policies, standards and practices are applied correctly.

·      Develop practical decision framework for a solution that address business, functional, technical and implementation perspective. Ensure that most important aspects of the project are developed and delivered early

·      Develop, test and implement technology solutions and report on delivery commitments to ensure solutions are implemented as expected and to agreed timeframes

·      Help the team with correct technical solutions around Continuous Deployment/Continuous Integration 

 

Qualifications and Requirements

Essential qualifications

·      Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering

·      7 to 8 years’ experience with Software Development

·      Minimum 4 years as Technical Lead/Project Lead

Key competencies

·      Hands on experience in building web-based enterprise applications: Angular 2.0+, .Net 4.0, .Net Core, REST API, Micro services, Networking; Distributed server and storage (MongoDB); Messaging (RabbitMQ); Distributed Caching (Redis).

·      Understand key DevOps technologies like Docker and Kubernetes

·      Understanding of cloud technologies (Optional)

·      Direct understanding of application lifecycle; Agile, SDLC and High availability and Sustained Resiliency.

·      Prior Application Development experience where applicable

·      Experience with VSTS GIT, CI & CD processes

·      Operational experience; troubleshooting and support

·      Ability to work in groups and in independent settings to complete assigned tasks

·      Ability to work / deliver in tight project timelines; having the ability to drive a project to success and completion.

·      Strong written and verbal skills, with experience providing communication to senior management
